  • Draft legal correspondence and perform general office and clerical duties.

The educational requirements for a paralegal vary according to the province or location. For example, some employers require a bachelor’s degree, some accept paralegal certificates, while others provide on-the-job training. Generally, paralegals require some form of post-secondary school education.
